Aauvi House Publishing Group assumed its current ownership with its acquisition of Step by Step Publications in 2007 by Aauvi Group, Inc., which brought together the imprints of the former Aauvi House Publishing Group with those of the former Step by Step Publications. Aauvi House Publishing Group's general publishing imprints are Rags to Riches Entertainment and Aauvi House Publishing Group. The Aauvi House Children's Books imprints include JNJ Publishing Group and Fox Hunt Publishing Group. Together, these groups and their imprints publish fiction and nonfiction, both original and reprints. They'll appear in a full range of formats - including hardcover, trade paperback, mass market paperback, electronic, and digital, for the widest possible readership from adults to young adults and children. The signature Aauvi House imprint was founded in 2007, when Aauvi Group, Inc. purchased Step by Step Publications, reprints of classic works of literature, from publisher Lori Moeszinger. Two years later, in 2009, they decided to broaden their publishing activities, and the Aauvi House colophon made its debut. Aauvi House first made national news by successfully releasing Derailed - Memoirs of a Botched Hysterectomy - A Story about Undiagnosed Endometriosis! by Jaimi Taylor, setting a major milestone precedent for endometriosis awareness. Beginning in 2009, the company moved into publishing for young adults and children, and in the future will soon become a leader in the fields. Aauvi House entered entertainment publishing in 2010 with its Insiders' Lifestyle Guides series, which will follow Insiders' Body & Spa Guides series, Insiders' Entertainment Guides series, Insiders' Gourmet Cooking Guides series, Insiders' JNJ Guides series, Insiders' Romance Guides series, and Insiders' Travel & Jet Setters Guides series. Our Publishers Aauvi House Publishing Group is soon to become one of the United States largest general trade book publishers. Manuscript Submissions Aauvi House, Inc. does not accept unsolicited submissions, proposals, manuscripts, or submission queries via e-mail at this time. If you would like to have your work or manuscript considered for publication by a major book publisher, we recommend that you work with an established literary agent. Each agency has manuscript submission guidelines. You may wish to refer to The Literary MarketPlace (the LMP, a reference guide that contains a listing of literary agencies). It can be found in most libraries. Another excellent source is The Writer's Market, which you should be able to find in a local bookstore or library.
